研究方向:

本实验室(肿瘤与基因组学实验室)主要是利用基因组学、表观基因组学和化学遗传学等手段,来探讨癌症发生、发展和转移过程中,所发生的转录编程及重编程的分子机制。并结合大规模药物筛选技术及动物模型来进行肿瘤干预与治疗研究。目前本课题组主要有如下研究方向:
1)肿瘤细胞转录重编程(Transcriptional Reprogramming)分子机制;
2)非编码RNA在肿瘤中的作用机理;
3)新型抗肿瘤药物的筛选及机理研究。
