dbRES: A web-oriented database for annotated RNA Editing Sites

dbRES: Statistics Report

    dbRES now contains all together 5437 RNA edit site data. dbRES covers altogether 95 organisms from 251 transcripts. All these data are manually collected from literatures or the Gene Bank database.

    The statistic report for different RNA Editing Site type is shown as the following, with a histgram showing the relative percentage of the site numbers.
