Our goal is to construct synthetic molecular systems to study complex biological phenomena, and to engineer genetic circuits for manipulation of cells, especially mammalian cells in a non-destructive way. Specifically, we are interested to link molecular information processing with cellular decision making and apply this technology platform to addressing key challenges in biomedical and biotechnology applications.
