Research Interest

I have broad interests in Data Science and Computational Biology. My current interest focus on the 3D Genome study. Specifically, I develop novel computational methods and tools to analyze and explore the chromatin interaction big data and apply these methods in real datasets to gain insight into biological mechanism. The methodologies include but not limit to advanced statistics, optimization algorithms and machine learning.
